I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Puebla La Noria By Ihg. The spacious room was clean and offered a lovely view of nearby volcanoes. The staff were extremely helpful, promptly assisting with luggage and check-in, making me feel welcomed during my visit.

The staff was super helpful. Oscar in the lobby helped with our luggage and taxis, making our stay smooth. and the location near malls and supermarkets was great!

The staff was always ready to help, like when they rushed to fix our broken coffee machine. And had a nice view of the volcano from the fifth floor, which made mornings better.
